Philip Turner<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

President and CEO<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Philip started his journey as an entrepreneur at AutoBranch Technologies, as part of the initial management team.  AutoBranch was a start-up and focused on the development of ATM software applications and built some very strong Intellectual Property for automated banking machines.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2003, Philip purchased a Point-of-Sale Hardware vendor, Peninsula Cash Control Systems and rebranded as Quickservice Technologies in 2004.  Quickservice is a fast food technology company with a concentration in the quick service sector.  During his tenure at Quickservice, Philip made several moves to reposition the company from its fast food hardware roots to more of a focus on fast food technology and software solutions.  This included purchasing a touch screen software company, System 3 POS, in 2006.  This was key to ensuring that Quickservice was able to thrive in a very competitive market, as software became an important differentiator in the fast food sector.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During Philip\u2019s leadership, the Company grew its customer base by about 4 times (3,000 %) from 2003 to 2016, mainly through a focus on great customer service and industry-leading software and hardware solutions.  Philip sold Quickservice to a key strategic hardware vendor, Panasonic, in 2016 and remained as President of the Quickservice division for the following 3 years under terms of the sale agreement with Panasonic.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since the sale, Philip has been able to devote all of his time and attention to the healthcare space.  A few years prior to the sale, Philip founded VSS Medical Technologies (2012) in order to diversify his technology group.  Since that time, Philip has been instrumental in acquiring five companies in the healthcare sector including Sigmund Software, HealthPCP, Medicfusion, Outsource Receivables, and New England Medical Billing Group.  Philip is always actively looking at ways VSS can continue to provide important, value-added solutions to customers and to enhance value that VSS can bring to all of its stakeholders.  He currently serves as President & CEO of each of these companies and has held these roles since each respective acquisition.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Cory Valentine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Vice President of Business Development<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cory is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all sales operations and provides active leadership in relationship management, strategy, and third-party partnerships. With 18 years of healthcare experience, Cory\u2019s focus is to consultatively assist organizations in defining product and project requirements, re-engineer processes and define comprehensive implementation plans that enable organizations to meet their objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cory’s experience consulting in multiple healthcare vertical markets, including behavioral health and addiction treatment, primary care, and other medical specialties, allows him to use his diverse background in enterprise electronic health record software, medical device tracking, revenue cycle management processes, financial systems and data analytics to enhance the client experience and add value to every aspect of the sales and onboarding process.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Matthew Prete<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Chief Product and Information Officer<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matthew Prete has been part of the VSS Medical Technologies team since 2006. He previously spent 6 years as a Software Engineer with IBM\u2019s Microelectronic Division working in the semi-conductor manufacturing industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He started his career at Sigmund Software as a Senior Software Engineer with a primary focus on developing Sigmund\u2019s finance and billing features. Matt was the lead engineer in the development of Sigmund\u2019s industry-leading revenue cycle management system for behavioral healthcare and addiction treatment. Over the years, Matt has been integral in the design and development of all Sigmund Software, helping to push our technology in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the Chief Product and Information Officer, Matt is responsible for all the development and support of our products, as well as the data center infrastructure for VSS Medical Technologies. His primary goal is building the next generation of software for the health care industry, leveraging experience from all the companies within VSS. Matt continues to incorporate all that modern technology has to offer into our products and has recently been focused on adding machine learning, embedded analytics, and enhanced patient engagement functionality to our platforms.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
